Product Use
The MigreLief Migraine & Headache Relief Cap is a versatile product that provides relief for headaches, migraines, and other ailments by offering hot and cold therapy.
Cold Therapy:
To use the MigreLief Migraine & Headache Relief Cap for cold therapy:- Place the cap in the freezer for at least two hours in the freezer bag provided or your own bag.
- Once the cap is frozen, remove it from the bag and slip it on your head, adjusting for maximum comfort.
- If the cap is too cold, allow it to sit for a few minutes until it reaches your desired temperature. If you prefer a milder cooling effect, keep the cap in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Heat Therapy:
To use the MigreLief Migraine & Headache Relief Cap for heat therapy:- Microwave it for 45 seconds.
- Then, check the cap's temperature, and if you require more heat, microwave it for an additional five seconds at a time.
- If the cap is too hot, allow it to sit for a few minutes until it reaches your desired temperature.
The extra soft gel makes it easy to lie down wearing cap. Use up to 30 minutes and repeat if necessary.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children and pets.

I believe the MigreLief +M supplement helps, even only taking 1 a day. I started out taking 2 but had some depressive feelings so cut back to 1 with good results. It may not have been the supplement that caused me to feel blue. I have had bouts with depression from the age of around 8 or 9 but I have not been taking anti -depressants for several years so I try to use temperance with supplements.
I also take a MigreLiefNow occasionally to assist if I feel a headache & think it helps. Maybe I will try taking 2 of the MigreLief+M sometime in the future. I belief when I was taking the initial 2 it was the original formula.
The Pressuricin supplement to help with blood pressures cardio seems to help some but I only take one of those, also because of the price. I hope the price can be reduced in the future for these supplements so I feel more comfortable taking the full dosages.

This head wrap is wonderful! I have had similar ones that are not as comfortable and have a strange smell. This is SO much better- high quality materials and NO SMELL which is so important to this migraine sufferer. It has a cooling effect on its own but I have a second one in my fridge for greater effect when needed. It also serves as a ‘weighted blanket’ for my senses when I want a quiet darkened space to relax in!

I was reordering my migrelief daily supplement and saw this on the website.
