An safe, effective and gentle option. 

Take 1 caplet in the morning and 1 caplet in the afternoon or evening with food. Allow six to seven hours between servings. 

Children's MigreLief is designed to provide maximum benefits within a 90 day build-up period, although many children see benefits a couple of weeks. To maintain benefits, continue daily use after the build-up period. 

The child-size caplets can be crushed and mixed with food (applesauce, yogurt, etc.) for easier swallowing if necessary.

Caution: Not for use by children under 2 years of age.

• Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) can cause urine to become bright yellow. This is normal and harmless.
• Although rare, some individuals experience transient (short term) diarrhea when taking magnesium.  You may reduce the dose.
• Like most dietary supplements, use of MigreLief should be discontinued one week before any surgery.
